Service Description
Gland expression is an important part of your pet’s overall hygiene routine that helps prevent discomfort, scooting, and potential health issues. Our professional groomers handle this essential maintenance with the utmost care and discretion, providing immediate relief and leaving your pet feeling their best. The Gland Expression Service Includes: • Gentle Relief: Safe, professional external expression of the glands to relieve pressure and prevent painful impaction. • Odor Elimination: Effective removal of the buildup that causes distinct, unpleasant odors, restoring your pet's fresh scent. • Sanitary Cleanse: A thorough, gentle wash and wipe-down of the area immediately following the service to ensure complete hygiene and freshness. (Note: Our groomers perform safe, external expressions only. If we notice signs of infection, severe impaction, or if your pet requires an internal expression, we will immediately recommend consulting your veterinarian for specialized care.)
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled service will incur a $25 fee. To maintain a calm, stress-free environment for all our furry clients, please pick up your pet within one hour of receiving your completion notification. A $25 late fee will be applied if your pet is not picked up within this one-hour window. Grooming requires a safe, focused environment. We kindly ask that you wait for our staff to officially notify you that your pet is ready before calling or arriving. Early arrivals excite the pets on our grooming tables and disrupt the styling process. We promise to contact you the moment your pet is perfectly pampered! By proceeding to book an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all salon policies outlined above.
