Service Description
Routine ear maintenance is an essential part of your pet’s overall health and hygiene. Our professional Ear Cleaning service is a gentle, stress-free add-on designed to safely remove dirt, wax, and moisture from your dog or cat's ears, preventing irritation and unpleasant odors. The Ear Cleaning Service Includes: • Gentle Wax Removal: Careful and effective removal of excess ear wax to prevent buildup and daily discomfort. • Deep Canal Clean: The application of a pet-safe, veterinary-quality ear cleansing solution to safely break down stubborn debris and flush out the ear canal. • Outer Ear Detailing: A thorough, gentle wipe-down of the outer ear flap to remove loosened dirt and leave the ears looking and smelling fresh. (Note: If our groomers notice signs of a severe ear infection or heavy mite infestation during the cleaning, we will immediately pause the service and recommend consulting your veterinarian.)
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled service will incur a $25 fee. To maintain a calm, stress-free environment for all our furry clients, please pick up your pet within one hour of receiving your completion notification. A $25 late fee will be applied if your pet is not picked up within this one-hour window. Grooming requires a safe, focused environment. We kindly ask that you wait for our staff to officially notify you that your pet is ready before calling or arriving. Early arrivals excite the pets on our grooming tables and disrupt the styling process. We promise to contact you the moment your pet is perfectly pampered! By proceeding to book an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all salon policies outlined above.
