Keep your feline friend's coat healthy, vibrant, and free of mats with our Cat - Luxury Bath & Brush. We prioritize a calm, gentle environment, ensuring a stress-free maintenance service that leaves your cat looking and feeling their best. The Luxury Bath & Brush Includes: • The Essentials: A gentle, stress-reduced bath using our standard feline-safe shampoo, careful drying (low-noise options available), and a thorough comb-out to remove loose undercoat and prevent matting. • Light Tidying: Gentle ear cleaning, eye wiping, and a standard nail trim to keep them comfortable and neat. • The Finishing Touches: A cat-safe, lightweight conditioning foam or dander-reducing wipe-down (kept unscented to respect your cat's sensitive nose). (Note: Final pricing may vary depending on your cat's temperament and the condition of their coat upon arrival.)
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled service will incur a $25 fee. To maintain a calm, stress-free environment for all our furry clients, please pick up your pet within one hour of receiving your completion notification. A $25 late fee will be applied if your pet is not picked up within this one-hour window. Grooming requires a safe, focused environment. We kindly ask that you wait for our staff to officially notify you that your pet is ready before calling or arriving. Early arrivals excite the pets on our grooming tables and disrupt the styling process. We promise to contact you the moment your pet is perfectly pampered! By proceeding to book an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all salon policies outlined above.
